SHOK Partner by Ulmatec signs its first significant contract as part of Ulmatec

SHOK Partner by Ulmatec lands its first significant contract as part of the Ulmatec Corporation.

We are honored that R&M Ship Interior has again chosen SHOK partner to deliver the complete galley and mess room equipment for a Vard-built, VARD 901 design.

VARD 901 has been specially designed and equipped for subsea cable laying operations, and possesses galley and catering areas with accommodation capacity for 60 persons onboard. The delivery of the ship takes place in Q4 2024.

“We are excited to start further planning and dialogue with our turn-key partner, the shipowner and the shipyard,” says Curt-Åge Hauge.

SHOK Partner by Ulmatec integrates equipment supplies with tailor-made stainless steel solutions for galleys, interiors, laundry and onboard waste handling systems for the maritime industry. The solutions are applicable to all types of vessels, both newbuilds and refurbishments.

Ulmatec acquired SHOK Partner AS in July 2023. With this acquisition, Ulmatec expands its range of products and services to the maritime industry and becomes a full-service, one-stop-shop for all our customers.
