Ulmatec acquires SHOK Partner AS

SHOK Partner AS was started in October 2016 with a focus on the cruise and passenger segment at Norwegian shipyards. The company has developed its product portfolio for the maritime segment as well as solutions for hotels, restaurants and catering kitchens.

SHOK Partner AS offers custom stainless steel galleys, interiors, laundry and recycling stations. They offer engineering of interior solutions and supplies furniture and equipment, in addition to service of interior furnishings and installation of equipment nationally and abroad.

Curt-Åge Hauge says: «We now have a great opportunity to develop the company, with a solid organisation to back us up. This gives us great new possibilities and synergies. We are very satisfied to have Ulmatec as a partner for the future.»

Ulmatec and the founder will develop and coordinate the operation with the other Ulmatec-companies. The company will use the corporate locations at Mjølstadneset and Hareid in cooperation with Ulmatec sister companies.
