Accurate seismic data is crucial for instance to successful offshore drilling, and ocean bottom nodes are becoming a more and more important part of this. Higher accuracy compared to streamer technology is an important advantage, and the use of nodes for collection of seismic data has increased rapidly. Ulmatec has a wide range of products for node operation, both handling equipment for various brands of OB Nodes, cables, ROV/AUV as well as related equipment. Systems can be delivered as fixed installations or as mobile units (containerized), manual or (semi) automatic – including onboard logistics.
