The Pallet Traverse gantry system consists of guide beams with a traverse wagon. The traverse wagon also consists of guide beams which guide a wagon with a pallet lifter in the longitudinal direction.

The wagon with the pallet lifter also consists of an electrical slewing drive for rotation. All systems are electrically powered, and all drives have fail safe brakes.
