Heat to Power
Ulmatec Thermal2Power™ is the family name of complete Heat to Power Solutions adapted to your specific vessel, ensuring you optimize both your economical and environmental footprint.
With our capabilities in heat design, we take full responsibility for conceptualizing, designing, interfacing, delivering and commissioning the components required and ensure they work together as a system – delivering an integrated heat to power function with required certifications and class approvals.
From our toolbox we combine required components into one integrated system which:
- Captures and transports surplus heat,
- Converts heat to electricity, and
- Distributes to either the ship’s grid or battery system
Process control logic is managed by our proprietary automation software, enabling you to easily control, monitor and log the overall process at any time.
Applications can be for newbuilds or retrofit to existing vessels.
